Jason entered full-time ministry at age 21. He has communicated at churches, camps, conferences and retreats across the U.S. and abroad. He's worked for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, served 4 local churches and held 2 distinct positions on campus at the world's largest Christian university where he remains an Adjunct Professor of Religion and Philosophy.
The majority of his ministry leadership experience is in the local church, which is his true passion. Before coming to Springdale Community Church as Lead Pastor in 2010, he served as the Minister of College and Young Singles at the 16,000 member CrossChurch in Fayetteville, AR and was the Associate Pastor at West Cabarrus Church in Charlotte, NC prior to that. He also served as the Executive Pastor at Willow Lake Church in Columbia, SC.
Jason is a Founding Resource Leader with the 6:4 Fellowship, a global network of pastors committed to the initiatives of Acts 6:4 – prayer and the ministry of teaching. He also coaches leaders from various non-profit and public industries.
